Welcome to Hive NFTs. By accessing our platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

• Our platform operates as an interface that facilitates interaction with Hive Engine smart contracts, specifically for the purchase/sales of NFT's.
• All transactions made through the site are executed on the Hive blockchain through smart contracts developed and maintained by third parties.
• We take care of creating the transaction to sign with the Hive Keychain, which allows the user to digitally sign each transaction. Therefore, we do not act as the seller, buyer, or custodian of the assets; we simply provide the infrastructure for users to interact with the contract in a simple and secure manner.
• The user understands and agrees that any transaction made through Hive Engine is irrevocable, and that he/she must carefully review each transaction before approving it with his/her private key through Hive Keychain.

Our platform charges a commission for each transaction made, which may vary depending on the specific game contract being traded. Each contract defines its own market fee percentage, and this commission is automatically deducted at the time of the transaction.

It is important not to confuse the total transaction fee with the market fee. The total fee may include other associated costs, depending on the game in question.

Our platform obtains real-time data from public nodes of the Hive blockchain and Hive Engine. We make every effort to display accurate and up-to-date information; however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the data displayed on the site.

Due to the decentralized nature of the network and the possibility of desynchronization between nodes, there may be a small lag or difference between the information displayed on the platform (such as nfts availables, transaction history, etc.) and the actual state of the blockchain at the exact time of the transaction.

You understand and agree that decisions made based on the data presented on our platform are made at your own risk, and that we will not be liable for any losses or errors arising from outdated or incorrect data.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to the platform for maintenance, upgrades or for reasons beyond our control, such as problems with public nodes or network outages.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
